Software is licensed, not sold. Creative Touring grants an active customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the selected product on the number of devices shown in the account. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute installers, circumvent license controls, or use the software to violate law or third-party rights.

The public beta is pre-release software. It does not include the unfinished LIVE workspace or Beat Link runtime. Features, compatibility, file formats, pricing, and availability may change. Device-bound signed receipts permit offline operation through the date shown in OFFSET; internet is periodically required for registration, refresh, device management, billing, and downloads.

The separate seven-day trial requires no payment and does not automatically convert to paid access. A paid monthly or yearly beta plan renews at the price and interval shown at Stripe Checkout until canceled. Cancel through the online billing portal before renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation normally leaves access active through the paid period.

OFFSET BETA is not life-safety or emergency-control software. Rehearse every file and route, maintain independent backups and manual fallbacks, verify output destinations, and never rely on the beta as the sole show-critical system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, beta software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted operation or universal compatibility. Creative Touring is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including show interruption or lost production data, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Creative Touring retains its intellectual-property rights. Third-party components are covered by their respective licenses. Referenced compatibility names belong to their owners. Creative Touring is not affiliated with or endorsed by Resolume, MA Lighting, Pangolin, Pioneer DJ/AlphaTheta, ShowKontrol, Ableton, or other referenced vendors.

Creative Touring may suspend access for fraud, charge reversal, security risk, misuse, or material breach. Ending access does not intentionally delete local show data. Illinois law governs these terms except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Contact collin@creativetouringllc.com.
