Timecode Bridge

Timecode Bridge is a one-time software license. Purchases are normally final once software access, a download, or a license entitlement has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or issued under the payment provider’s rules.

Changing your mind, no longer needing the software, or purchasing for an unsupported computer does not qualify for a refund. Review the published system requirements before purchasing.

OFFSET beta subscriptions

Paid monthly and yearly beta access renews automatically until canceled. Cancel online through the account billing portal before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation normally leaves access active through the already-paid period.

The separate seven-day trial does not require payment and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Promotional terms shown at Stripe Checkout control the discounted period and later renewal amount.

MA3 Lua Tools

The MA3 Lua Tools bundle is a one-time digital purchase. Purchases are normally final after private download access is provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or issued under the payment provider’s rules.

Back up the show file and validate generated objects in grandMA3 onPC before production use. Experimental tools are identified on the product page and may change as testing continues.

Technical problems

If purchase access is not delivered or the software cannot be activated because of a problem caused by Creative Touring, contact support. We will first work to restore access or provide a corrected build. Any exception offered beyond rights required by law is at Creative Touring’s discretion.

Charge disputes

Opening a payment dispute may suspend downloads and license issuance while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly to the payment provider.
