Creative Touring sells downloadable software licenses. No physical goods are shipped.
Refund policy
Timecode Bridge purchases are final and non-refundable once software access, a download, or a license entitlement has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Changing your mind, no longer needing the software, or purchasing for an unsupported computer does not qualify for a refund. Review the published system requirements before purchasing.
Technical problems
If purchase access is not delivered or the software cannot be activated because of a problem caused by Creative Touring, contact support. We will first work to restore access or provide a corrected build. Any exception offered beyond rights required by law is at Creative Touring’s discretion.
Charge disputes
Opening a payment dispute may suspend downloads and license issuance while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly to the payment provider.
