We process account email and display name; authentication and security events; Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, invoice, refund, and dispute references; license status and access dates; installation identifier, device display name, activation and last-seen dates; download grants; and support reports you choose to send.

Creative Touring does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

OFFSET show files, tracks, audio, visual files, cue data, and preferences remain on your computer unless you deliberately attach or send them in a support report. The website does not silently upload show data.

Information is used to authenticate accounts, process transactions, issue and refresh licenses, enforce device limits, deliver downloads, prevent abuse, provide support, send essential account/license/billing notices, and comply with law.

Stripe and Link support checkout and billing; Cloudflare provides hosting, databases, private file storage, security, and delivery; Resend provides transactional email. Those providers process information under their own privacy commitments.

Records are retained as needed to provide service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal duties. Request access, correction, or deletion at collin@creativetouringllc.com. Some transaction and security records cannot be deleted immediately.

We use encrypted transport, signed device-bound licenses, private artifact storage, short-lived download grants, access controls, and audit logs. No system is completely secure. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
